Chad Kroeger is an inspiration to us all, proving to Canadians and Americans alike that you can make it big with a knack for writing not only great screams but hit songs for yourself and a score of others. He was on the Spider-Man soundtrack, licensed one of his songs to WWE Raw and married Canada’s sweetheart Avril Lavigne.

Who wouldn’t want to be this guy? Well, now’s your chance. According to the Huffington Post, the King of Canadian cock rock’s former mansion is on sale for a mere $9 million.

You want to prove yourself a good ol’ Canadian boy? This is where to start. It’s got its own fucking hockey rink. It’s got an indoor pool, an outdoor waterfall pool (for sexy grotto action, natch), a riding ring (mechanical bull sold separately) and whatever a “hip roof barn” is. Two pools? How many pools do you have, hater? One? Ha.

Full disclosure: You wouldn’t be buying it from the Kroeg-dog himself. He sold the mansion last year to a new owner who’s spent the last year or so renovating and modernizing it. But word is Chad built this place in 1990. Is there any cleaning service capable of getting all the Chad out of this place? We’re doubting it.
