One of our beloved AUX coworkers wanted to buy a pair of Outkast tickets for his wife. Instead he bought 18.

Any music fanatic’s been there: Your favourite band’s coming to town. The show looks like it’s going to sell out. So there you are, camped out in front of your laptop with your credit card, anxiously waiting for a seat to become available. We’ve all been there, so before you cast judgment on this video, just remember: Let he without sin cast the first stone. People in glass houses shouldn’t throw… OK, OK—you get the picture. Now, on with the story.

Chayne, an idiot husband, who also happens to be one of our most beloved AUX coworkers, wanted to buy a pair of Outkast tickets for his wife—Andre 3000 and Big Boi are playing Drake’s OVO fest, and they happen to be Chayne and his wife’s favourite* band. When he tried to get two side-by-side tickets, he couldn’t find any on Ticketmaster. But then Chayne discovered—in a moment of, uh, genius—that he could buy single tickets. And if he could get two side-by-side single tickets, he could impress his wife. Easy right?

Well, no. 16 tickets later, Chayne was in deep trouble. Then, he did what any reasonable person would do: He bought two more. Guys, this is why we can’t have nice things—like credit cards. Watch the video above, and tweet to @chaynejapal to buy his tickets (and save his marriage).

*CORRECTION: Outkast is not Chayne and Gill’s favourite band, but is simply their band. AUX regrets the error.
