Check out a handful of our photos from Friday below, and check out the rest of our SXSW highlights here and on Youtube!

The Nonconformists panel with Laura Jane Grace, Sharon Needles, Big Freedia, and moderated by Fuse’s John Norris.

Obviously as soon as Chayne met Mack Wilds he referenced the “how’s my hair, Mike?” scene Wilds had in The Wire. Wilds was very gracious.

Collie Budz on the Hangar roof and downstairs for an interview.

Competing show on a next door patio. AUSTIN YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Austin is the North American city with the second highest number of pedicabs (next to only NYC). It’s one of the best ways to get around the city if you’re staying a little out of the core. AUX is headquartered right next to a depot. They are very kind to us.

NOT GREEN DAY. (Totally just Green Day.) Foxboro Hot Tubs, the Green Day side project, played Brazos hall, a really small venue that had no line up. It was a fest highlight.

Some of the billions of food trucks around town, these ones swarmed late at night.

All venues: swarmed.

One of my most anticipated of the festival, Angel Olsen at the Red Eyed Fly.

Our favourite Robot, Future.

The chaos of 6th Street at 2am.
