Duck the Halls: A Robertson Family Christmas is the Duck Dynasty Christmas album that totally exists, but crazier still, it’s kind of killing it on the charts. Released partly in partnership with Walmart, the album debuted at number 4 on Billboard’s 200, also earning the top spot on the Billboard Country Albums chart.

But that’s only the tip of iceberg. According to Showbiz411 and Breibart, the album has outsold both Britney Spears’ new album Britney Jean and Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP in the last week. We hadn’t bought into calling ARTPOP a commercial failure… until now.

What’s crazy is the timing, with Duck the Halls having been released in late October to Britney Jean‘s December release. Granted, it’s the holiday season, but that a bunch of enterprising hunters are outpacing one of pop’s former golden childs isn’t just funny, it’s insane.
