Not one to be outdone by Bob Dylan’s outstanding interactive “Like A Rolling Stone” video, omnipresent chart topper Pharrell Williams has just released a similarly creative clip for his song “Happy” that, if left, will run for 24 hours straight.

The video, which we can’t embed here, centres itself around a clock and features footage for all hours of the day. Like Dylan’s video, it’s completely interactive: scan to any part on the clock and you’ll get a new clip loaded in sync with the song with nary a hiccup. Williams and those behind the video encourage people to share “moments” from it, though we’re not hugely sure what the point of that would be.

What we are sure of? This is really, really cool. There’s a handful of celebrity cameos hidden throughout, but for the most its carried by regular folks doing regular things. Watch it here.
