Did you upgrade to iOS 7 only to find the new sounds a little waifish and puny? Turns out there's a reason for that: they were made by Adam Young, better known as Owl City.
Did you upgrade to iOS 7 only to find the new sounds a little waifish and puny? Turns out there’s a reason for that: they were made by Adam Young, better known as Owl City. Here are some of the ringtones and sounds:
Young revealed the news pretty subtly on Owl City’s discography web page, listing Sounds for iOS7 with “Apple” as the artist. Unfortunately that’s all we’ve got to go on right now, but it makes sense, doesn’t it? TUAW rightly point out that Young’s done this kind of thing before, with sound credits on Wreck-It Ralph and The Croods.
