Drake is hosting a pool party at Wild Water Kingdom

Drake’s home swimming pool in San Fernando Valley is the stuff of legends: According to GQ, it’s like a “scene from Waterworld, with a bar inside a grotto, waterfalls, and a slide that drops 30 feet through the rock.” But while mere mortals can only dream of access into Aubrey’s $9 millon mansion (which reportedly costs $45k to maintain monthly), here’s the second best option: Drizzy is reportedly hosting a pool party at the Brampton, ON water park, Wild Water Kingdom on Saturday, July 6. While he won’t be performing, the “Started From the Bottom” rapper will be overseeing the proceedings along with Toronto OVO Records act P. Reign, who hinted that he’ll be dropping his Dear America mixtape on the same day on Twitter. Drizzy, who is featured on the mixtape alongside French Montana and Waka Flocka, is likely on hand for promo purposes.

As for the party, Wild Water Kingdom hasn’t provided any information (and were light on details when AUX called this morning), but PReign.com says the event will feature VIP cabanas and bottle service—no word on whether you’ll be able to cruise the lazy river with Drake. Those who’ve visited the park know that there are no 30-foot slides carved from out of pure limestone, but on the plus side, there’ll be rides like Face Drop, Midnight Express, and the Abyss. Which, truthfully, ain’t a bad consolation prize.
