Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers was trying to get into his hotel at the Four Seasons the other day when he was prevented access by security. It turns out that the Rolling Stones were also staying at the hotel, which is in Pennsylvania, and security was trying to keep shit on lockdown to help them get out safely.

So when Kiedis was barred entry even while wearing the hotel’s slippers, he was understandably a little pissed. Luckily he took a rational approach to the situation and calmly explained the situation to the security guard.

Just kidding. He pushed the guard and was as a result taken pretty immediately to the ground, thus proving that pushing a grown man will likely get you pushed back.

Still, good for him. The Four Seasons have denied that the guard works for them, meaning he didn’t exactly have grounds to keep the property closed to a paying guest, but the Rolling Stones say he’s not one of theirs either. According to TMZ, they think he might be hired muscle by the city of Philadelphia. Whatever the case, the incident resolved itself with the right amount of handshakes and posturing. Oh, and don’t worry: Ronnie Wood got out safely!
