When he’s not busy carrying the paraplegic Bran Stark through the seven kingdoms of Westeros, Hodor is regularly dropping the bass as a progressive house DJ.

For those not familiar with the minor characters of Game Of Thrones (also: seriously? It has dragons and boobs. Get into it!), Hodor is a gentle giant/strong silent-type, who is a little bit slow, and can only say the word “Hodor.” If that doesn’t make you want to start watching, I don’t know what will.

It turns out that Kristian Nairn, the Irish-born actor who portrays Hodor, is a multi-talented dude. According to his website, Nairn is a “prolific homegrown talent” who, in addition to acting, plays in a band, and is a DJ and electronic music producer. If you want to see how DJ Hodor gets a party started, you can listen to his totally competent remix of “Got No Money” by Judgement Day via the YouTube embed below. Next, I’d love to see him tackle a house remix of this totally awesome hip-hop song that samples the Game Of Thrones theme song.

As the AV Club points out, the real gem of Nairn’s website is this photo of him towering over Kelly Clarkson. Oh, and there’s also the fact that he plays World Of Warcraft. Hodor? Hodor.
