2 Chainz got arrested yesterday

2 Chainz has had a weird couple of days, starting on Sunday when rumours started circulating that he’d been shot and robbed. He obviously wasn’t shot, since he performed in good health, but California Police were still reporting the robbery as fact, even if 2 Chainz was denying it.

And now this: he’s reportedly been booked for drugs at LAX airport. TMZ first reported that he was caught with less than an ounce of pot, but quickly updated to say that he’d also been caught with Promethazine, which when mixed with codeine makes sizzurp, as the kids call it. Oh, and they might’ve found codeine on him, too.

Naturally, 2 Chainz is denying this one, too.

This wouldn’t be the first time this year he’s been booked for drugs. Remember in February, when when police nailed him in Maryland for possession, then stopped to pose for this picture? Dude’s life is insane.
