Flaming Lips and Ke$ha are making an album called 'Lip$ha' together

If you somehow liked the Flaming Lips’ first collaboration with Ke$ha then you’re in luck, because a Reddit AMA revealed that they’re working on an album together called Lip$ha. Here’s hoping they spend more time on the music than the title.

“She is a blast on all levels. She’s funny, she’s humble. She’s badass. She’s everything. She’s awesome,” said singer Wayne Coyne. “We’re actually already working on an album with her.”

They first worked together on 2012’s Heady Fwends track “You Must Be Upgraded,” a song that started with the words “I want my ass” and devolved into some sort of cacophonous machine orgy, replete with Ke$ha’s coked out moans and not a hole lot of positives. It was… bad. Listen to it below!
