Lil Wayne releases video telling fans he's "more than good"

Lil Wayne has released a video—to TMZ of all places—about how he’s doing good after his stint in the hospital. The clip is mostly gibberish, especially when T.I. rolls in, but the gist of it is Tunechi’s doing “real good” and his “bomb ass album” is still coming out soon.
He thanks fans and says he felt love when he was laid up in “that motherfuckin’ hospital bed.
Also, he’s eating a lollipop, like that song he has called “Lollipop!”
Wait. That song isn’t about candy, is it?
