Gojira drummer Mario Duplantier's drumhead drawings are pretty incredible

Plenty of musicians have hobbies and talents outside of their instruments, but Mario Duplantier is an artist who combines his two loves with some pretty incredibly painted drumhead.
In an interview with Metal Injection, Duplantier says he’s always written and drawn on his snare skins, but the result is far from the simplest doodle. Take these, for example:
His online portfolio points out that every drum he draws on has been used previously on stage or in the studio, though it does also feature art done on traditional canvases like wood and paper.
