Techno Viking is the stuff of legends. To anyone who hasn’t seen the original video (what?!), here’s how it happens: visibly drunk guy stumbles into a woman and brushes it off, but Techno Viking isn’t satisfied. He grabs the guy, scolds him, then pushes him away. He’s handed a bottle of water and what happens next has to be seen to be believed. If you’re at work or just can’t spare a couple of minutes to watch the original clip (up top), this GIF about sums it up:

The video was shot at Berlin’s Fuckparade (ha!) techno festival back in 2000 and eventually went viral a few years later. Matthias Fritsch, the artist who filmed and uploaded the clip, reportedly went onto make a pretty penny off of it (it was viewed tens of millions of times) and that, we thought, was the end of it.

Nope. According to Pulseradio, Techno Viking (whose name still hasn’t been disclosed) has finally decided to sue some-13 years later. Apparently he’d asked Fritsch to remove the video, but by then it was too late. So here we are. Would you want to face this guy in court, even with those graceful dance moves? Yeah, us neither.
