Kvelertak’s self-titled debut was a hellishly good surprise for metal fans, inexplicably managing to mix all forms of extreme metal into an eerily Zeppelin-esque framework. Now nearly three years later, its follow up Meir is almost here, with first single “Bruane Brenn” officially popping up online.
First premiered earlier this month on BBC Radio 1’s “Rock Show,” the song is now available in Scandinavia on iTunes and Spotify… which isn’t much use to Canadians, so that’s it below. Just be sure to buy Meir when it’s out in March.
