Bunny Wailer is threatening to pursue legal action against Snoop Lion under allegations that the former mutt is appropriating his religion to sell records. Uh… duh?

“Smoking weed and loving Bob Marley and reggae music is not what defines the Rastafari Indigenous Culture!” read a document obtained by TMZ, which says the Ethio-Africa Diaspora Union Millennium Council feel they are owed “financial and moral support” apparently promised by Snoop when he announced the conversion.

Bunny Wailer says that Snoop has engaged in “outright fraudulent use of Rastafari Community’s personalities and symbolism” to sell records and push his upcoming movie Reincarnated.

And he’s pretty obviously not wrong. We don’t think there’s a viable legal claim to make here, but what are we, lawyers? (Oh, and that’s Bunny up top. It’s uncanny, right?)
