Band in a Box is an AUX original web series that asks bands to take us through the making of one of their music videos… while they’re displayed in a box inside said music video. Cool name, right?

“Do It Anyway” comes from Ben Folds Five’s The Sound of the Life of the Mind, their fourth album and the first since 1999’s The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner.
