Tom Petty’s 1996 Jaguar XJS Convertible is going to be listed on eBay for auction, giving fans ten days to bid on the “Free Fallin'” singer’s favourite car. Rolling Stone says that all proceeds from the auction will benefit Doctors Without Borders. As for Petty, he says he’s going to miss the car, which Jaguar stopped making back when he bought it.
“I have so many great memories associated with this car,” he says. “This car has such an incredible design. My favorite car I ever owned.”
