SCION SESSIONS: Teen Daze performs a brand new song acoustically

This summer, AUX and Exclaim! followed Scion as it touched down at shows and festivals all over the country, bringing you interviews and exclusive, intimate performances from artists like Bad Bad Not Good, Austra, Prince Rama, Torro Torro and more.
Culled from the BC native’s forthcoming LP (out November 6), The Inner Mansions, this stripped-down version of Teen Daze’s brand new song, “Divided Loyalties,” is an out-of-character acoustic performance from the traditionally electronic artist, captured by the AUX crew inside Vancouver’s infamous Red Cat Records just prior to sharing the stage with Shout Out Out Out Out at Olio Festival. The show was in celebration of the collaborative remix-swap 12″ vinyl launched by Scion Sessions at their showcase.
Download that special edition release — including Teen Daze’s remix of Shout Outs’ “Now That I’ve Given Up Hope I Feel Much Better”, and his original unreleased “Bluest Water” sent skyward by SOOOO — and tweet at @AUXTV to be entered to win a limited edition copy on wax.
