David Byrne not blinking, St. Vincent's dancing and other highlights from their 'Fallon' performances

Today sees the official release of David Byrne and St. Vincent’s outstanding collaboration Love This Giant, and to celebrate the two took the stage at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

Not only did they perform lead single “Who,” but they also stuck around for a web-exclusive rendition of “The Forest Awakes.” Both came with their respective highlights. Here’s what we noticed in both performances (which are posted below):

Watch the two perform “Who” and try to count for yourself. A few watches over and we spotted three blinks—two sustained shutter-snaps (1:15, 2:09) and one quick flutter (3:01).

She does this in both performances but its best seen in “The Forest Awakes.” And to think we thought her Elaine dance was weird.

Speaking of Seinfeld references, David Byrne comes out of nowhere in the second clip almost like Kramer storming into a scene. He disappears just as quick.
