With the third annual OVO Fest just a few days away, there’s a lot of speculation about what kind of special guests Drake has in store for his hometown crowd. Last year, Drake surprised the crowd with guest appearances by J. Cole, Nas, Lil Wayne, and Stevie Wonder. Let’s add to the speculation with this list of ten super secret special guests we’d like to see join Drake on stage this Sunday at the third annual OVO Fest.

You’ve gotta think that Drake has a few tricks up his sleeve for this year’s Fest, but who could possibly top a surprise appearance by Little Stevie?

A Weeknd fan-site is reporting that Meek Mill and French Montana have been added to the official lineup. If The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, and French Montana are all on the official lineup, is there even any room on the bill for some surprise guests?

We sure hope so. Let’s add to the speculation with this list of ten super secret special guests we’d like to see join Drake on stage this Sunday at the third annual OVO Fest.

Rick Ross

We’d like to see Rick Ross reprise last year’s appearance at OVO Fest. There’s just something about seeing a 400 pound man grunting in the hot summer sun that never gets old.

Snoop Dogg Snoop Lion

It would be great to see Snoop Dogg make his live debut as Snoop Lion at OVO Fest. His faux-Jamaican accent could really calm the crowd down, after A$AP Rock inevitably fights someone in the crowd for stealing his yellow diamond anklet.

Chris Brown

Let’s squash this beef once and for all! Give them two empty Ciroc bottles, and they can just wail on each other for three and a half minutes, until a victor is clear.

Common

Here’s another beef we could squash with a guest appearance at OVO Fest. Maybe a quick game of hoops could settle this one. We’d like to see Common cuddle Drake like this:

The cuddliest rappers in the game!

Rascalz, Kardinal Offishall, Checkmate, Thrust, and Choclair

How great would it be for Drake to show love to Canadian hip-hop by bringing out the Rascalz, Choclair, Checkmate, Thrust, and Kardinal Offishall for a performance of “Northern Touch”? Moreover, how awesome would it be to see the slack-jawed, empty gazes of anyone in the crowd who’s under the age of 25?

Former Degrassi Castmate Shane Kippel a.k.a. Gavin “Spinner” Mason

If Shane Kippel can get the night off from his new gig as “Blue Knight” at Medieval Times, how cool would it be to see these ol’ pals chum it up on stage at OVO Fest? Maybe Drake could hop into the ol’ wheelchair and show us some wheelie tricks.

The Dancers of Club Paradise

When Drake was recording Take Care at Sterling Road Studios near Bloor & Lansdowne in Toronto, he logged his fair share of time down the street at the gentleman’s lounge Club Paradise. He spent so much time there, he decided to name a tour and a song after the establishment. I’m sure these lovely ladies would be eager to join Drizzy on stage, and provide their services as backup dancers.

The Cast Of Ice Age 4: Continental Drift

Drake could bring a little comic relief to OVO Fest by interacting with his animated co-stars from Ice Age 4: Continental Drift. Drake and Nicki Minaj both provide voices for wooly mammoths in the film, which is in theatres now, if you’ve got a younger sibling or whatever. Young Mammoth Cash Mammoth!

The OVO Owl

Wouldn’t that be a hoot? Ughhhhhhhhhh, my bad joke ulcer is flaring up.

Hologram Aaliyah

Rumour has it that Drake will be debuting a brand new single at OVO Fest, featuring vocals from deceased R&B singer Aaliyah. Apparently, he’s also going to be the executive producer on Aaliyah’s first post-humous album. Will Aaliyah be represented on stage at OVO Fest via hologram? Will Drake then awkwardly make-out with that hologram? If anything happens, we’ll let you know.

OVO Fest is this Sunday, August 5th at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto. Check out Pop Hunter on Tuesday for some exclusive photos of Drake trying to dry hump a hologram of Aaliyah.
