Watch the new Bloc Party video, "Octopus"

After all the rumours, speculation and waiting, Bloc Party are finally ready to put a new album out with August’s Four, but before it hits shelves they’ve just released the video for lead single “Octopus,” a clip which features quick, occasionally reversed cuts, a bit of performance from the band, some video filters and a bit of old fashioned hula hooping. Watch the Nova Dando directed video above.

You’ll be able to download “Octopus” starting tomorrow, while a physical 7″ single is out August 13th. Bloc Party’s Four is out August 21st.
