Rick Ross is in full preparation mode for the release of God Forgives, I Don’t, and in his latest promotional effort, he’s seen playing some one-on-one basketball against SPIFF TV. Given his burliness, we might expect Rick Ross to be better at finishing fruit roll-ups than layups, but surprisingly, the boss balls so hard in this video.

Given his burliness, we might expect Rick Ross to be better at finishing Fruit Roll-Ups than layups, but surprisingly, the boss balls so hard in this video. He lands jump-shots, layups, and even steals the ball from his opponent in this 13-minute promotional clip. The video also features some behind the scenes footage of the “Hold Me Back” video, shot in the New Orleans’ Calio projects.

In his own words, Rick Ross “doesn’t lose at nothin’.” Whether it’s an eating contest, or a game of HORSE, he’ll put you in the ground. Note that they didn’t leave in any of the shots where he misses entirely, or any shots of him doubling over out of breath, demanding a tray of ham sandwiches be brought courtside. Curious.

Check out Rick Ross’ b-ball skills in the video below. God Forgives, I Don’t arrives on July 31st, 2012.
