Watch the new Beach House video, "Lazuli"

Beach House have a new video out today, and it might be the most appropriate pairing of sight and sound you’ll see all week. Like their music, the new clip for “Lazuli” pairs the retro with the psychedelic, all with a delightfully seasonal sound.

Directed by Allen Cordell, the video captures what we’d say is a usual summer day: exploding eggs, popping and locking, smoke monsters and an intergalactic jam session. Pretty normal, yeah?

They have also announced a massive worldwide tour for fall, but there’s only two Canadian dates on the docket so far. They’ll hit Vancouver’s Commodore Ballroom on October 1st and Toronto’s Kool Haus on October 13th on a tour that will take them from Richmond, Virginia all the way across the pond to Holland.
