Think you had a rough weekend? At least it didn’t end up with a set of prints and a couple of front & side profile portraits that will be floating around on the internet forever. Pop Hunter is kinda proud (and a little embarrassed, honestly) to present its most exploitative column to date: Monday’s Musical Mug Shots!

Think you had a rough weekend? At least it didn’t end up with a set of prints and a couple of front & side profile portraits that will be floating around on the internet forever. If you’re a high profile pop star, it’s easy to go off the rails on that crazy train called life. As a result of this increased wildness, these musical celebrities are approximately 1000 times more likely to get into trouble on their weekends. Pop Hunter is kinda proud (and a little embarrassed, honestly) to present its most exploitative column to date: Monday’s Musical Mug Shots!

Jack White

Year: 2003
Charge: Aggravated Assault.

At Detroit rock club The Magic Stick in 2003, Jack White and Von Bondies singer Jason Stollsteimer had it out in a brawl that left cuts on Jack White’s hand, and gave Stollsteimer a bloody nose and a black eye. The police report said that Jack White spit on Stollsteimer! If a seven nation army couldn’t hold him back, a scrawny indie-rocker never stood a chance.

The Game

Year: 2007
Charge: Felony Weapons Charge.

The Game has had his fair share of trouble with the law. In 2008, he was arrested for possession of a weapon in a school zone, and in 2007, the rapper was arrested for pulling a gun on an opponent during a pickup basketball game. I guess The Game completely misunderstood the concept of a shot clock.

Lil Kim

Year: 1996
Charge: Possession Of Marijuana.

Lil Kim was arrested for marijuana possession by New Jersey cops in 1996, shortly after the home of her hip-hop spirit guide Notorious B.I.G. was raided. Sixteen years later, Kim clearly hasn’t changed her ways, because she’s currently dating a rapper named Mr. Papers. Seriously, though.

Billie Joe Armstrong

Year: 2003
Charge: DUI.

In 2003, Billie Joe Armstrong was charged with drunk driving in California. His only defense: he was doing research for American Idiot. He’s a method rocker, after all.

Scott Stapp (Creed)

Year: 2002
Charge: Reckless Driving.

In 2002, Florida Police arrested Stapp for reckless driving, after his SUV ran off the road. He was probably trying to get a glimpse of how his pecs looked in the rear-view mirror. If you look at the photo, the Christian rocker has no shirt on, and he looks like he’s about to cry. “Jesus, take the wheel. I need to get a look at my nips real quick.”
