Redd Kross announce their first album in 15 years, 'Researching the Blues'

California power-poppers Redd Kross have announced the release of their first album in 15 years; Researching The Blues will be released on August 7, (finally) following up 1997’s Show World.

The album will be produced by Steven MacDonald, who now plays in OFF! and who once added bass to White Stripes songs in a project called Redd Blood Cells. Brother Jeff wrote the songs.
