In the middle of a promotional cycle for Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, it appears that Nicki Minaj has deleted her Twitter account. Apparently, this has something to do with hateful messages Nicki has been receiving from her followers. On Saturday night, the singer/rapper tweeted "Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f***ing bye."

In the middle of a promotional cycle for Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, it appears that Nicki Minaj has deleted her Twitter account.

Apparently, this has something to do with Twitter users leaking unreleased music from Roman Reloaded. On Saturday night, the Young Money rapper tweeted “Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good f***ing bye.”

Despite these leaks, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded current sits atop the Billboard 200, selling 253,000 copies in its first week. Nicki’s blossoming success is attributed to her rabid fan-base (The “Barbz”), who were over 8 million followers strong on Twitter before the account deletion, making Minaj the most followed rapper on Twitter. Will sales of Roman Reloaded be affected by the sudden lack of communication between Minaj and her fans?

If sales do plummet, Nicki has some alternate income coming in, thanks to a recent endorsement deal with Adidas. The athletics company’s Fall/Winter 2012 campaign features poofy hot air balloon-esque designs by Jeremy Scott, adorned by Nicki Minaj. I’m no fashion expert, but these outfits kind of look like they’re made out of the same materials as those bouncy-castles you see at carnivals:
