Danish post-punks Iceage will return to North America for a month of shows in July, and they’ve got Toronto and Montreal stops scheduled for the 18 and 20.

According to the tour press release, the band is said to be working on follow-up material to last year’s excellent New Brigade, as well as a number of other projects as well: bassist Jakob Tvilling Pless and drummer Dan Kjær Nielsen also have a metal band, SEJR (“victory” in Danish); vocalist/guitarist Elias Bender Rønnenfelt is set to release a solo seven-inch under the name Marching Church; and guitarist Johan Wieth recorded an album with War and Sexdrome frontman Loke Rahbek.
