Listen to the new Horse Feathers song, "Fit Against the Country"

Horse Feathers could be the most restrained hendectet on the planet, as their new song “Fit Against the Country” manages to seamlessly blend the sounds of 11 musicians into a subtle sound typical of the band’s alt-folk acumen.

“Fit Against the Country,” which premiered earlier on Stereogum, is the first single off the band’s upcoming Cynic’s New Year, which hits stores April 17th Kill Rock Stars.

Horse Feathers are set to hit the road before the album’s release date, with a handful of Canadian dates on docket.
