Montreal’s CFCF has announced the release of Exercises, a ‘mini-album’ consisting of eight “Exercise” tracks, each with a different theme such as School, December, or Loss. The eight-track album will be released via Paper Bag records on April 24.
CFCF—aka Michael Silver—cites influence from Philip Glass, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and David Borden, on this release, using “institutional architecture and 70’s Canadiana” as its framework. Listen to “Exercise #3 (Building)” below.
