We learned back in December that the Afghan Whigs would reunite to headline the New Jersey All Tomorrow’s Parties, and that Greg Dulli would, in ATP tradition, hand-pick a part of the line up. Today we’ve learned that Greg Dulli has good (see: our) taste.
Among the acts chosen by Dulli: comedian Louis CK, Sharon Van Etten, The Dirtbombs (who will perform their 2001 album Ultraglide In Black), Mark Lanegan, and the Dirty Three.
Also playing the festival are a reformed the Make-Up and Hot Snakes, Thee Oh Sees, Ty Segall, and more.
ATP New Jersey will take place through a handful of indoor venues around the city of Asbury Park from September 21-23, and tickets go on sale here on Monday. [via the Village Voice]
