Obviously a lo-fi cover of a Misfits song posted on Wavves’ Twitter is going to lend itself to references of it sounding “bong filtered,” but that doesn’t mean this cover of “Hybrid Moments” isn’t worth hearing.

“i didn’t tune my guitar and i think the chorus goes once more in the end,” reads a tweet that followed the song, and no, it isn’t and yes, it does, but honestly, who cares? Danzig, probably. But whatever. Listen to the song below. Head here to download it.
