Listen to "Now I Understand," a new song by the Flaming Lips featuring Erykah Badu and...iPhone's Siri

For the Flaming Lips, recording a song with the iPhone 4s’ Siri software is a pretty normal act by comparison.

Clocking in at a modest 3 minutes (!!), “Now I Understand” pits the popular voice-tracking software in a 2001: A Space Odyssey inspired track which also features Erykah Badu. Wayne Coyne says Biz Markie is also featured on the track (“Backwards,” he says) but we’re not hearing it.

Coyne adds that the track will only be available on the band’s Soundcloud page for one week, and also that “[m]usic gets you high.” So there’s that.
