The Broken Speaker is reporting that a slew of Canadian tour dates have been announced via the Joel Plaskett fan list, starting out west in April and winding east through to Toronto for two shows in May.

The above mysterious image has had many assuming a tour might be happening, but the dates don’t match up—and here’s why. CBC Radio 2 has confirmed that, starting next week, they’ll launch a ten-week series with Plaskett; he’ll release a new song every week for ten weeks, and they’re calling it Rock n Roll in Record Time. Awesome.
