Watch the new Killers video, "The Cowboy's Christmas Ball"

Remember the other day when we said a video for the Killers’ holiday song “The Cowboy’s Christmas Ball” was expected soon? It’s arrived and…it’s kind of batshit crazy.

Seemingly shot in 60s sci-fi Technicolor, the video sees the band joining forces with two alien robots (one of whom is incredibly cross-eyed, the other of which looks like a walking humidifier) to stop a bunch of bandits on an ol’ Western robbing spree.

A cover (or re-interpretation) Larry Chittenden’s 121-year old poem of the same name, “The Cowboy’s Christmas Ball” is available on a recently released, iTunes exclusive EP that packages the song with each of the Killers’ previous five singles, with all proceeds headed to benefit RED.
