Cancer Bats release teaser for newly announced album 'Dead Set on Living'

When we talked to the Cancer Bats this past summer, they mentioned that they’d just started writing their new album and claimed it would be heavily influenced by Black Sabbath. Then, a couple of months later, they announced their short touring stint as Bat Sabbath.

Today the two came full circle, with the Toronto based quartet unveiling Dead Set on Living, their new album expected out in April of next year.

They’ve also done fans a courtesy with an early Christmas present in the form of a short, but sweet, teaser for the album. Watch that up top to decide whether or not the band’s stint covering metal’s most legendary band seeped into their sound.
