The Roots reveal 'Undun' album art and guests

We’ve been getting info and small tastes of the upcoming Roots album Undun over the past couple of weeks and can expect more leading up to its December 6 release.

Today, the album art and full tracklisting were revealed, the latter of which shows the album won’t feature many guests, with Big K.R.I.T. on the first single being one of only two other credited featured spots. The other two are from Roots regulars P.O.R.N. and Phonte & Dice Raw.

According to Pitchfork, Sufjan Stevens also appears on the track “Redford,” a cover of Steven’s song and the one that inspired the Roots’ album.

Undun will be the Roots’ first concept album, detailing the life of Redford Stevens, a man who died at the age of 25 in 1999. Check out the tracklisting below.
