There’s perhaps no politi-punk icon as subversive and anti-establishment as Jello Biafra, which is probably why Aggronautix has decided to exploit recent economical turmoil with a soon to be released Biafra bobblehead (click here to see the finished product). As the press release puts it, the 7-inch paperweight nails the former Dead Kennedys likeness “right down to the piercing glare, star belt buckle and Alternative Tentacles tee.”

And hey, what better way to stick it to the 99% than by owning its opposition’s plastic mascot, right?  Plus, at $20 and limited to 1000 units, the Jello Biafra “throbblehead” might eventually be a collectors item. Then, maybe, you can turn a profit. That’ll teach ’em!

Aggronautix has also made a commercial for the “throbblehead,” which puts a floating, plasticized Biafra face atop grainy, riotous footage and the audio from Biafra’s recent Occupy Wall Street rant.

As an added troubling sign of the times, the product’s page ends with the phrase, “If you believe in a free society, support Aggronautix.
