On November 8, Kurt Vile will be releasing a new six-song EP called So Outta Reach, a collection of 5 original songs initially recorded during the sessions for latest album Smoke Ring For My Halo, which came out earlier this year. The EP will also contain a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Downbound Train.”
This summer, Vile reworked the original ongs with producer John Agnello; below, take a listen to “Life’s A Beach,” a track that won’t surprise—but will please—you if you’re familiar with his previous work.
