Andrew W.K. lets Ke$ha touch him, gets infection

Andrew W.K. reportedly had to go to the doctor after a tattoo he let Ke$ha put on him got infected.

“It got infected,” W.K. told Spinner. “It’s an unfortunate aftermath and my body ended up rejecting the ink and I had to go to the doctor.”

It wasn’t the end of the world, tough, and W.K. is all healed with a nice scar he likes better than the actual tattoo. “It actually left a nice scar which was, in fact, cooler than the tattoo.”

Any guesses on what it was? Maybe some sparkles got in there? Either way, it hasn’t entirely soured him on the experience. “”Who knows,” he adds, “if the scar heals a little bit more, I might go back and try again.”

Maybe they could try it out in the studio, as he apparently also wants to work with her in the future, calling her song structures “brilliant.” [via Spinner]
