Cee-Lo is everywhere these days, so it’s only natural he’d pop up at a Steel Panther show. For the uninitiated, Steel Panther are a throwback hair-metal band who’ve made waves on the Sunset Strip with their hilarious haircuts, Bill & Ted inspired stage banter and rip-roaring, fret-soaring guitar solos (I guess?). Over the years they’ve pulled everyone from Avril Lavigne and Drew Carey to Phil Anselmo and Paul Stanley on stage to join them for a song or two.

As for Cee-Lo, he joined the hairspray aficionados on stage this past Monday (we assume there was a step-ladder) alongside fellow guest Sebastian Bach (who looks to be about seven feet tall in the video you’ll see below) to perform Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing,” an underrated song you’ve probably never heard of.

Bach also hung around for a cover of Skid Row’s “Youth Gone Wild.”

Watch videos of both songs below. They’re pretty good. [via Blabbermouth]
