Listen to Lenny Kravitz's new song (which features Drake for some reason)

When he’s not busy inexplicably appearing in every NBA promo ever, Lenny Kravitz is apparently still making music and now he’s back with his funkiest song ever. It’s called “Sunflower” and, as is seemingly the rule in 2011, it features a guest rap from Toronto’s big-browed wunderkind Drake (who even opens his mouth all the way for some words).

“Sunflower” is taken off of Kravitz’s long awaited (we’re sure sooooooooomeone was waiting, even if it was just Lisa Bonet) funk album Black and White America, which after numerous delays will finally be released at the end of the month. Even though it’s intended as a throwback funk album, Black and White America will also feature Jay-Z, who co-wrote the song “Boongie Drop” with Kravitz.
