It turns out the snippet of music from the recent Ohbijou new-album teaser was from the lead single, “Niagara”: today, Interview Magazine has an exclusive listen to the full thing, and you can listen to it below.
The immediate standout about the track is that it’s an overhaul on the guitars for Toronto’s Ohbijou. They’ve found a way to incorporate heavier sounds without overwhelming their delicate, swooning orchestral folk-pop. It sounds great. “Niagara” can be found on the upcoming album Metal Meets, which is set for release on September 27. [via Interview]
