Do you ever watch Law and Order and go “oh no way, there’s so-and-so,” because everyone in the existence of the entertainment world has been on it? Should be no surprise that Patti Smith has popped up, but it is! There she is! Being all weird with weird Vincent D’Onofrio!

Smith plays Detective Goren’s old friend who teaches Mythology at Columbia, consulted for an investigation into a Broadway musical after an actor dies while performing a stunt. (Helloooo Spiderman!) The scene we get a peek at here is a little weird, can’t lie. But Patti Smith is the best. So this, too, is the best. The show aired yesterday so by now you can maybe torrent it, if you’d like.
