What are The Kills listening to? We asked them

Because few things are theoretically as good as stealing the iPod from your favourite musician to judge him or her on their musical taste, we’ve started asking bands what songs they can’t stop listening to. This time, we got a mini-playlist from The Kills.

The band recently played shows in Toronto and Montreal before heading back to the States for more live dates. Whether you’ll consider their current musical favourites surprising remains to be seen:

1. The Mob – “Witch Hunt”

2. Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds – “Stagger Lee”

And then, because they couldn’t decide on their favourite tracks, they gave us some of their favourite bands. (And then we chose the songs accordingly and with lots of bias.)
