Here it is! The new Okkervil River album! A leak has been circling for a while, but if you can’t keep up with that sort of thing, NPR has done their thing once again and is streaming the entire album. Listen below while you do whatever it is you do on and around your computer.

This is the band’s first since 2008’s The Stand Ins (that is, if you don’t count their 2010 collaboration with Roky Erickson), and sounds as sturdy as you’d expect. It was produced primarily by band frontman (and the only consistent core member since the band’s beginning), Will Sheff. You can listen to I Am Very Far below. The album is out May 10.
