Rage Against The Machine to make their return this summer

Most of that headline is true, Rage Against The Machine ARE playing this summer, which will make it their first appearance in over a year, but only one show has been announced thus far. They’ll perform on July 30 in Los Angeles alongside Muse and Rise Against, according to a post on Coachella’s Facebook page.

Details end there unfortunately, but a gig like this could potentially spark a live CD or DVD release so Rage fans might have something to occupy them until the band announce a full reunion tour. Their last proper studio album, Renegades, was released in 2000.
