La Roux's "In For The Kill" to appear on the new Dre album

Dr. Dre’s final album Detox still has no official release date (no surprise there), but we did just receive a big fat piece of news when La Roux revealed to BBC Newsbeat that the rapper has sampled her track “In For The Kill” for one of the cuts on the album.
“He got really excited about the track which is obviously really complimentary,” she said. “He did something with it and then sent it to us and said can he use it for his record and we said, ‘Yes.’ [He’s used] Mainly the vocal and then he put his own beats on it.”
The original track is off La Roux’s Grammy Award-winning self-titled debut album released in 2009. Apparently they have the “beginnings of about eight tracks” and are about to start work on the follow-up. It’s expected to come out early next year.
