This morning's new music news; The National will provide a new song for a videogame called 'Portal 2', Iron Maiden are set to put out a new compilation album this spring and MSTRKRFT has released a new track called "Beards Again".

The National are set to provide a brand new track to be included in the upcoming videogame Portal 2. “The National’s raw and emotive music evokes the same visceral reactions from its listeners that Portal does from its players,” Bug Music manager Julia Betley said. [Exclaim!]

Iron Maiden are releasing a new greatest hits compilation album called From Fear To Eternity: The Best of 1990 – 2010 on May 23 in the UK. This album will be the band’s fourth best-of compilation. [NME]

And MSTRKRFT has put out a previously unreleased track online called “Beards Again”. Stream it below.
