Not long ago Frank Turner told fans that his new album, England Keep My Bones, would be out June 6th and 7th in the UK and North America respectively, a date he confirmed earlier today in a brief but exciting whirlwind of Frank Turner updates. This, of course, isn’t breaking news: the confirmation comes nearly a month to the day after he originally announced the dates. No, the catch here is how he confirmed them, which in this case was by using it as the means to show off the album’s cover art. Done by artist Tom Lacey, you can see the art for England Keep My Bones above.

A few hours later, in a display of Turner’s trademark rebellious sassiness, he leaked the album’s first single, writing “Anyone fancy hearing a song from the new album? [S]pread the word, but don’t tell my label…!”

Listen to “I Am Disappeared” below, and don’t worry Frank, your secret is safe with us. Well, not really…
